If you have a query that you would like clarified, the aforementioned channels of communication can also be used. Kindly keep your contact information, billing address, and payment method handy. If you wish to make a payment by card, you must be the cardholder. If the delivery address were to differ from the billing address, then, please keep the details of that address handy as well.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Listed below are the accepted methods of payment:-
  • Credit Card – We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and American Express cards. Upon the successful processing of a payment, accordingly a detailed invoice will be dispatched by email.
  • PayPal – National & international clients can opt to use PayPal for all online payments.
  • Wire Transfer – Once an order is placed (online, post or fax), you will receive an invoice by email for the processing of payments via wire transfer or company check.
  • Other Options:
    • USD Receiving Account (ACH): Only ACH (US local bank) transfers in USD will be accepted.
    • EUR Receiving Account (SEPA): Only SEPA (European local bank) transfers in EUROS will be accepted.
    • GBP Receiving Account (BACS): Only BACS and FPS (UK local bank) transfers in GBP will be accepted.
    • PY Receiving Account (ZENGIN SYSTEM): Only the Zengin System (Japanese local bank) transfers in Japanese Yen will be accepted.
